Teen Patti Master Withdrawal Problem: Causes and Fixes
By the TPMasterClub team · 2026-10-17 · 8 min read

Few things are more stressful in a card app than a withdrawal that just sits there. The status says "pending" or "processing", a day goes by, then another, and you start wondering whether you'll ever see that money.
We can't fix a withdrawal from here, and we're not connected to any app. What we can do is walk you through the usual reasons withdrawals get stuck, the checks that solve most of them, how to raise the issue properly, and the scams that target people in exactly this situation.
Before anything else: never pay anyone a fee to "release" your withdrawal. More on that below.
First, understand the different statuses
Different apps use different words, but most withdrawal screens show something like this.
- Pending or Requested: you've asked for the money and it's waiting to be reviewed.
- Processing or In progress: the request has been approved and the payment is being sent.
- Successful or Completed: the app says it has sent the money.
- Failed or Rejected: the payment didn't go through, and the amount should normally return to your in-app balance.
Knowing which stage you're at tells you where to look. A pending request is usually about checks on your account. A failed one is often about bank details. A "successful" withdrawal that hasn't reached you is a question for your bank as well as the app.
The most common reasons withdrawals get stuck
1. KYC isn't complete
Apps that deal with real money usually need to verify your identity before paying out. If your KYC documents are missing, blurry or don't match your account name, the withdrawal will wait until that's sorted.
2. Bank or UPI details don't match
If the name on your bank account doesn't match the name on your profile or KYC, the payment can be held or rejected. A single wrong digit in an account number or IFSC code will also cause a failure.
3. Bonus money has conditions
Bonus or reward balances often come with rules, for example you need to play a certain amount before they can be withdrawn. Only part of your balance may actually be withdrawable. Check the breakdown in the wallet section.
4. Minimum or maximum limits
There's usually a minimum amount you can withdraw, and sometimes a daily limit. Requests outside those limits may be blocked.
5. Bank holidays and processing times
Payments requested late at night, on weekends or on bank holidays can take longer to arrive. A delay of a day or two doesn't always mean something is wrong.
6. Account under review
If the app thinks something unusual has happened on an account, such as several accounts on one device, it may pause withdrawals while it checks.
7. Changes in the law
Rules on real-money online games in India changed significantly in 2025. Some apps have changed or stopped their money features as a result. If an app is no longer allowed to operate money games where you live, withdrawals may be affected. Check the app's official announcements and the current rules in your state.
A checklist to work through before contacting support
Run through these one at a time. Many withdrawal problems are fixed at this stage.
- Open your profile and confirm your KYC status says complete or verified.
- Check the bank account number, IFSC code or UPI ID character by character.
- Make sure the account holder name matches your profile name.
- Look at your wallet to see how much of your balance is actually withdrawable.
- Check whether you're above the minimum and below any daily limit.
- Look at the withdrawal history for any reason given for a failure.
- If the app says "successful", check your bank statement and UPI app, not just SMS alerts.
- Wait at least one full working day if the request was made at night or on a holiday.
How to contact support the right way
If the checklist doesn't help, contact support. How you do it makes a real difference.
Use official channels only
Use the help or support option inside the app, or the contact details on the official website. Don't search for a "customer care number" on Google and call the first one you find. Fake helpline numbers are a well-known trick.
Give them what they need
Include your user ID, the withdrawal amount, the date and time of the request, the status shown, and a screenshot of the withdrawal history. If the app says the payment was successful, include the transaction or reference number.
Keep a record
Save every reply and ticket number. If you need to escalate later, a clear timeline helps.
Never share these
No genuine support agent needs your OTP, your UPI PIN, your full card number or your password. If someone asks, end the conversation.
Understanding deductions on your withdrawal
Sometimes the problem isn't that the money didn't arrive. It's that less arrived than expected, and that can feel just as worrying.
Real-money apps may deduct certain amounts before paying out. In India, for example, net winnings from online games have been subject to tax deducted at source under income tax rules, and the exact rates and rules can change. Some apps also charge a small processing fee.
A genuine app should show these deductions clearly in the withdrawal summary or transaction history, before or right after you confirm the request. If the numbers don't add up, take a screenshot and ask support to explain the breakdown.
The key difference is direction. Legitimate deductions come out of the amount being paid to you. A scam asks you to send extra money in. Keep that difference in mind and you'll rarely be fooled.
The withdrawal scams you need to know about
Stuck withdrawals are exactly when people are most vulnerable, and scammers know it. These are the patterns to watch for.
The "release fee"
Someone tells you your money is ready but you need to pay a tax, GST, verification charge or "unlock fee" first. After you pay, there's another fee, then another. This is fraud. Genuine apps deduct applicable charges from your winnings; they don't ask you to send more.
The fake agent
You post a complaint online, and within minutes someone messages you on WhatsApp claiming to be from the app's support team. They ask for remote access to your phone, or for you to scan a QR code "to receive a refund". Scanning a QR code is for paying money, not receiving it.
The recovery expert
After losing money, some people are contacted by "recovery agents" who promise to get it back for a fee. They are almost always running a second scam.
If you think you've been scammed
Act quickly. Time matters with payments.
- Call the national cyber crime helpline on 1930, or file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in.
- Contact your bank and report the transaction.
- Save screenshots of chats, payment receipts and phone numbers.
- Change your passwords and remove any remote-access apps you were told to install.
How to avoid withdrawal problems in future
- Complete KYC as soon as you create an account, not when you want to withdraw.
- Use a bank account in your own name and double-check every detail once.
- Read the bonus rules before you accept a bonus.
- Withdraw smaller amounts first to make sure the process works for you.
- Never deposit more than you could afford to lose, regardless of what the app promises.
A final word
Most withdrawal problems come down to incomplete KYC, mismatched bank details, bonus conditions or plain processing time. Work through the checklist, contact support through official channels with clear details, and give it a working day or two.
But if anyone asks you to pay money to get your money, stop right there. That single rule protects you from the most common and most painful withdrawal scam of all. For more on spotting fake apps and agents, read our Teen Patti Master real or fake guide.
